Individual competences are obviously the foundation for the greater benefits you see when an entire team is performing like great Expectations Engineers. And when great teams are working in an organization that support them the corporate benefit will be significant.  Please note that Whitebox Expectations – unlike most training – is designed to be a corporate competence. Individuals can take the training like any other training.
