What is your personal estimate of the amount of rework done in your organisation.
Rework: Task you feel is waste of time because it could / should have been done right in the first place. If you deliberately make a prototype to test a respons, and have to do that again, that is not rework, but a choice of development practice. It’s all the oops-work we are looking at. The work no one is proud of.
