The most important person in Whitebox Expectations is the group leader who wants the teams to produce more solutions faster by better Expectations Engineering. At the end of the day, leaders are accountable for the teams performance in relation to the executive managements targets, and improving performance through competence development is a natural part of the daily work. Group leaders must recognise individual performance, facilitate the spread of good practices, and by this transforming individual competences with little organisational impact in to organisational competences with great organisational impact.
